They went above and beyond and hand washed our rain jackets after being covered in mud from a hike the previous day. Phuong who works at the front desk is the best, she made sure our stay was comfortable and gave us additional blankets to make sure we were not cold. All staff were amazing and if we’re ever in Phong Nha in the future we will be sure to come back to memory homestay

I stayed here after a cave tour for one night and I could’ve stayed longer! The location by the water is nice and the free bikes to get around were a nice touch. I appreciated that they had the AC on in the room so it wouldn’t be too hot when I when checked in.
