On a rainy afternoon, when we were feeling a little stuck, she surprised us with some freshly prepared snacks — warm, homemade, and incredibly thoughtful. It turned what could have been a gloomy day into one of our most memorable. It felt like being cared for by family. The rooms are clean, cosy, and surrounded by lush greenery. The vibe is laid-back and genuine — perfect for travellers looking to escape the busy tourist areas and connect with nature and local hospitality. We left feeling refreshed and so grateful for the kindness we received!

Great location. 5 minute walk to the beach access and close to many mini marts for snacks, restaurants and spas. Rooms were very clean with air conditioning always working and the hottest water we have ever had in Vietnam! It felt like a spa in the washroom! Rose and Hien made our stay very enjoyable by always attending to our needs and providing information when needed. Super kind and they speak amazing English!!

Everything was spotlessly clean, and the room — along with the view — was amazing! The beach is just a 2-minute walk away. Highly recommend!

Exceptional host, informative and kind - clean tidy accomodation, great air con, and beautiful breakfasts included. I left something very precious to me in my room and didn;t realise until I had returned to Hoi An. Our host went above and beyond helping me, returing it on the ferry the following day and arranging for the drop off at my new accomodation. He would accept no money for this very kind deed. Honestly, it is homestays like this which restore your faith in mankind. Look no further for a great place to stay on this very beautiful island

Breakfast was freshly made and tasty. We highly recommend staying at Beach Palm Villa!
