Everything was top Quality. Lived the place! Food was great, personal at reception and main restaurant very attentive. The only thing that could be added: some berries and exotic fruit at the breakfast.

Such an exceptional, absolutely amazing hotel - the level of service here is literally perfect to the t. From the first moment you enter the lobby that looks very much like a scene from titanic through the awesome staff and beautiful panoramatic views (at least from our sea view room) to the tiniest details such as everyday notes from our butlers left at our room when we returned from the beach or pool in the evening - all of it makes you feel like you never ever want to leave. This trip was mostly just to try something new but left us so amazed we will be back for sure. Special thanks to Mahoni and Fauzi, our butlers, Kumar and manager Rajkumar, who took care of us during breakfasts, Arimardan Kumar, the manager of Catch, who made sure our experience was unforgettable and really made us feel special by his great hospitality and attention to every detail, and all the staff that went out of their ways to ensure we had everything. Our stay at Ritz Carlton Abu Dhabi was nothing short of EXCELLENT! Shubham at the front desk and Mr. Ammar, the manager went out of their way to make our stay memorable. Highly recommend this place! The staffs are nice and helpful. The breakfast is delicious with multiple choices. The beach with white sand and best views. Also Park Hyatt kindly prepared a special surprise for my birthday and honeymoon. We really enjoyed our every moment here.

From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed and pampered. The room was absolutely perfect, offering a breathtaking view of the cityscape and the sea. A highlight was our visit to the 74th floor—seeing Abu Dhabi from such heights was surreal and simply unforgettable. One of the most delightful touches was the thoughtful birthday surprise organized by Dana and the wonderful Guest Relations team. It made our celebration incredibly special, and we couldn’t be more grateful. Additionally, they gifted us some lovely amenities, including a luxurious lip balm—these small gestures truly elevated our experience. The hotel’s team went above and beyond to ensure every detail of our stay was seamless. They helped us book appointments at the spa, which turned out to be a wonderfully relaxing experience. Dining at the hotel was also exceptional, with incredible Italian cuisine at the Italian restaurant and Lebanese dishes at the Michelin awarded restaurant that we can’t stop raving about. The breakfast buffet was another highlight, offering a fabulous selection that catered to every craving. Our bellboy was more than accommodating, ensuring we had everything we needed. Both the gym and the lounge room were immaculate and well-equipped, adding to the fantastic experience. Conrad Etihad Towers has truly set a new standard in hospitality, and it deserves more than 10 stars for the impeccable service, stunning views, and thoughtful touches that made our stay unforgettable. I be stayed in many luxury hotels in Abu Dhabi and by far is the best in the center of everything The concierge team is also a highlight as they helped us visit and arrange everything for us to see there . We can’t wait to return!

The hotel was very good and clean. Breakfast and dinner were quite good and they were serving different cuisines every evening.
