The facility was nice and the location is excellent. For someone that breakfast is not important (they don’t offer) it’s the perfect place to stay. My wife had her birthday and the hotel did something nice upon my request. Thank you 😁

It was great! Super nice rooms, all new, room interieur is stylish and comfortable and off course very clean. Served Breakfast every morning, delicious, fresh -the way I prefer it - but tooooo much (well my husband was superhappy with all this different treats sweet and spicy). Perfect located, shops,bars, restaurants nearby! Also almost all beach clubs within 15min walk reachable - the sea is only 150m away…… We will come back!!!

We booked Ilias House after reading through some of the negative reviews and wanted to share our (couple, mid 20’s) honest experience. • Insects (Ants): Yes, we noticed a few ants, but it was really minimal and didn’t bother us during our stay. Nothing that would ruin the experience. • Curtains: This is the only real downside we encountered. The curtains are very light and let in a lot of sunlight early in the morning. We would highly recommend investing in better, blackout curtains. It would really improve the comfort. • Non-English Speaking Host: The host’s English is limited, but more than enough for a guesthouse. Besides, he’s one of the kindest hosts we’ve met. We were welcomed with a drink upon arrival, and every time we returned, he greeted us warmly and asked if everything was okay. His hospitality truly makes up for the language barrier. • Distance to the Beach: The beach is less than a 10-minute walk. The way back is a gentle uphill walk, but it’s very manageable and didn’t bother us at all. • Parking: Parking is along the main road, but the host ensured that a spot was always kept free for us. Very thoughtful service. Despite a few small imperfections, we had a wonderful stay. The friendly atmosphere and the host’s genuine hospitality made us feel very welcome. We would definitely recommend Ilias House to anyone visiting the area!

The apartment was very clean and tidy, and the host was always ready to help with anything we needed. The location is excellent, just 5 minutes from the nearest beaches, and a pleasant 10-minute walk along the seaside takes you to the busier ones. I would definitely recommend it.
