The host was incredibly thoughtful, providing us with fresh fruit and water upon arrival. She answered all of our questions prior to check-in and made everything super easy. The room was spacious and very clean. We couldn't have asked for a better accommodation for our stay in ksamail. It was close to all of the main beaches, but out of the way to ensure you could relax. Oh and the balcony and view were just a bonus. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was great and had everything we needed. The host was very helpful and friendly. Whenever we had a request, they were quick to assist us. The apartment was very clean and was cleaned daily. There’s a nice café at the entrance of the building where you can enjoy a good breakfast and great coffee. You’ll be greeted with smiles and positive energy while having your coffee and breakfast. The location is also excellent — very central. There’s no problem with parking either. If I come back, I already know where I’ll be staying. We truly liked you a lot. Thank you for everything!

The lady who welcomed us was incredibly friendly. She brought us welcome drinks and when we checked out she gave me a small bouquet of flowers from her garden. Very sweet. Everybody was so nice!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The service was excellent, especially from Angela, who gave each guest warm and personal attention and from Tana, who made sure we had everything we needed. I also want to mention Lorence, the waiter at the hotel restaurant, who provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the design was beautiful, and the hotel includes a great restaurant, a rooftop bar, and a perfect private beach. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was amazing. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!
