I had a fantastic experience at the Alba-Gert Hotel! Excellent hospitality and care from all the staff! The facilities are in a great location, with spacious parking, a private beach, a beach bar, and a fish restaurant, making it perfect for true rest/vaccination time. The breakfast is abundant, with a lot of variety, including homemade pastries, fruits, dairy, protein, expresso, and juices. The restaurant offers a rich and tasteful fish menu (wild caught fish from the owner himself, Shpendi), and the beach bar provides all-day service with coffee, juices and more. The room was very clean, with a small balcony with beautiful beach view, air conditioning and all needed ammenities. For any traveler who likes to explore the coast from Vlora to Saranda, Alba-Gert Hotel would be the perfect fixed location from where to start your daily adventures and return in the evening to wind down over a fine glass of wine and some delicious food. Shpendi and his staff made me feel immediately at home with care, attention and frienship! I happily reccomend Alba-Gert Hotel!

It's truly an amazing apartment, such a gem in Albania. The building is brand new, which makes the apartment freshly renovated and clean. Love the style of the place (modern, minimalistic and clean). As a mother of a toddler, I brought a full set of kitchen utensils and dining/ drinking set with me since I wasn't sure if the apartment is equipped for small families, but the place turned out to be fully livable, containing tons of useful kitchen stuff (except oven and cutting knives), which other rentals usually do not have, so great plus on that side. There's also a washing machine which makes life easier for moms of active kids. In case you forget to bring some basics, do not worry as the property has you covered (body and hand towels, dishwashing detergent, hand soap, shampoo, toilet paper etc (although I used mine as I already brought a ton of stuff with me). The owners of the apartment are very friendly and helpful, available for any sort of assistance 24/7. There are several peaceful beaches near the apartment (both private and public), two markets next to the building, and a few local restaurants nearby, which makes life easier especially for families with small children. All in all, a great accommodation in the middle of a rapidly growing area in Albania. I'd definitely recommend it to others and possibly come back soon.
