The place is in a very good part of the city, really near the city center and lake. We had a balcony with an amazing view. Also landlord Andrea was very hospitable, we needed to wait while our room had been cleaned. He invited us to his balcony and his mom gave us a very delicious homemade cake. This is a very good place to stay in Pogradec.
