Had a wonderful yard with swings and tables & chairs over looking the beach to sit and enjoy a drink and watch the sunset. We also enjoyed the 3 cats and dog that are on the property, making it more homey.

Stunning new hotel on the water! Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. Beautiful stone walls, very clean, a hydraulic car lift to get us to the parkade, very secure doors, excellent boardwalk on the back with a lovely area for swimming, and in a great location close to great restaurants and night life. If ever in Sarandë again, we will be staying here!

beachfront and gorgeous! in the off season the beach was semi-private and the location was about a 15 minute walk from everything! the hosts were very attentive and helpful if we ever needed anything and were super friendly!

Everything! Location is 3 mins from the port so really convenient. Staff are incredibly friendly nothing is any trouble to them. Breakfast was excellent lots of choice and good coffee. Rooms are fab really clean, modern and comfortable. Overall a top class hotel highly recommend

Andrea is super nice and we had a good chat. the room is very good for its price. I love the location easy access to everywhere. Bathroom is a bit small. But I like the garden you can hang your laundry there! Would be happy to comeback in the future.

Very friendly and helpful host that gave many good suggestions of things to do in the area and nice restaurants to visit. We arrived in the middle of the night due to our delayed flight but our host assured us this was no problem and stayed up to wait for us. Thank you Ernest! Apartment was spacious, clean and very good walking distance to some nice beaches.
