We had a wonderful stay! Everything was perfectly in order — the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The communication with the host was smooth and friendly, and the location was ideal for a relaxing family holiday. We truly appreciated the calm atmosphere and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend and hope to return in the future!

Big terrace with a lot of light, location (both ski resort and lake are next to us), personnel, house vibe with ornaments from years ago, kids playroom, everything was calming and there was even a fire place in our living room ☺️

We recently stayed in this hotel for 4 nights at Standar Family Room with two kids. We were welcomed very warmly with the persons at reception. they were very kinds, helpful and supportive. We got our room and just after entering the room we had this nice lake view behing the large windows and balcony. Kids have a nice private area which they really liked. They were given some nice gifts to draw and enjoy their spare time. Rooms have very large bathroom with bathtub, and no toilet in it which is very good. Toilet is separate but it is very small and there is no water for handwashing. You have to go to bathroom for hanfwashing. This is annoying. Restaurants: We had really nice dinners at our reserved table with an amazing view and decoration. The menu is always rich, salate buffet and cheese buffet is rich either. There is always something for everbody.The envronment is cosy and joyful. Foods are really amazing, delicious and all the persons are helpful and supportive since we do not have any alcohol and pork. They always use the top most quality products. Breakfast is also always very good. Their products, egg menu, cheese, other options, honey, butter all are amazin. They serve you the best products. You will have health and enough food. They have plenty of space for everybody and time for all either. They have nice pool area. We really enjoy it. Their infinity pool also was amazing with the area to rest around. I could not use Sauna area because it is nude area if I understand it correctly. Everywhere is very clean, tidy. The only annoying thing will be toilletes in terms of their size, and WiFi. As a conclusion, we had very nice experience here and definitely will be back later. I really would like to try in summer. There will so many things going on in the lake area.

It is a freshly renovated apartment. Very cosy, fully furnitured and even more (common washing area in the pool), great new comfortable sleeping places with qualitative mattresses. Apartment is located close to all the needs (supermarkets, rail/lake station, free public beach etc.) The owner always keeps in touch and does his best to fix any issue. Thank's for your attention to us, for your humanity and hospitality! It was fantastic and fabulous time!

The place is ideal.The lake before apartment and mountains behind apartment.Apartment is beautiful ,clean ,spacious.We vere very happy there.

Great location but they charge absolutely everything. No towels, no hair dryer, extra charge for sheets... Great playground for kids though
