Almost brand new! We understand the hotel was completely refurbished last year. Excellent and efficient layout. Light, bright and airy. The rooms are great, the food is as excellent and staff are all very obliging and enthusiastic. We were holidaying from NZ and we seldom give reviews … but this was definitely the best hotel we stayed at in Victoria or SA.

    No breakfast was provided. The location is lovely - everything is within walking distance and it is delightful to listen to the surf on the beach while falling asleep. The owners are really responsive to any requests and any problems are very quickly resolved.
