the host went above and beyond to make sure we had a awesome visit. they supplied a welcome pack and any supplies needed, offering to get us anything needed and they even offered to pick us up from the airport and to drive us places as we had issues around our hire van being cancelled just before we arrived and then around height for parking. very helpful and supportive hosts.

The location of the hotel was excellent. They served excellent food including breakfast. My room had fantastic sea and pool view from the balcony. There were two large double beds. Tea, coffee and milk supplies in the room were replenished daily. The staff was very friendly. The staff at the restaurant sometimes remembered our room number including our preferences. It's a memorable stay at Crowne Plaza Coogee Beach.
