Everything since we stepped out foot in the hotel the smell and the smile on everyone's faces was very welcoming. Fibronia the lovely lady in the reception was very kind and made sure that we were happy. I definitely will be coming again and would recommend this fabulous resort.

A special shoutout to Ali at the front desk — he was the MVP! He helped us change our rooms and made the check-in process seamless and stress-free. 🙏🏼 The staff at the beach, pool, and restaurant were also wonderful — especially with our baby. They went out of their way to make things easier for us and showed such warmth and care. 😍

The hotel was Middle Eastern chic. Beautiful, well maintained and luxurious. The staff for the most part was excellent. housekeeping was a bit inconsistent (sometimes turn down service skipped and the cleaning of the room was in the afternoon but the religious holiday may have impacted this. The hotel requires you to have a car because the location is really remote. The concierge services were a bit slow and some team members didn't know much about Bahrain. But, Ahmad, Simon and the gentlemen from Tanzania maybe Arun were standouts.

Overall I had great experience with The Art Hotel. Friendly staff. Clean and cozy hotel. Pool, gym and spa are available. The sea view from my room was very beautiful. There is also private beach. After check out and reach Qatar, my wife abayat was forget in the room, and the staff was send back to my home. Thank you so much! One of best Hotel in Bahrain.
