Everything about the place was really good. Location was perfect. Very close to Italian side and lot of restuarants nearby. Fifteen minutes drive from Lugano city center. Room was very clean and had everything required for the stay. Room had lake and mountain view. Swimming pool was fun. Parking is also available. The host was so friendly and had taken care of every need for the stay.

Excellent amenities and good location for dining and walking to the park. Kind staff and excellent breakfast. Very much appreciated this hotel still provides little goods-such as a comb, lotion, vanity, etc. as so many hotels are no longer doing so.

    Perfect location, next to the Lugano lake. Lovely and clean pool with lot of sunbeds, in beautiful garden. The apartment was nice with comfortable beds. The owner was very nice and gave is information what to do and where to eat.
