Hotel Alpha Thun exceeded my expectations, the bus stop to thun train station is just outside the hotel. The lake is just a few steps away.The staff made you feel like family. Its centrally located and thun is such a magical place. The rooms are clean and fresh. Nice and generous hosts who answered every question and every request in an exceptional way. The host was very nice , and available for any request. Lovely hotel with amazing views and clean rooms. The staff was really accommodating and friendly. Nice communal kitchen with a good coffee machine, water and fruit.

We absolutely love the location and the room. The hotel is by the lake and the view is amazing. The hotel also provides free boat and bus passes and there’s a dock right infront of the hotel where the boat will take you to Interlaken West. Highly recommended and we will definitely be back!

I absolutely LOVED this hostel. It's just a beautiful as the photos show. The character of the heritage building is lovely. It oozes with the feeling of a secluded summer lodge, yet is close enough to interlaken to get to everything easily. The staff were kind, helpful and welcoming. They provided me gluten free buns for breakfast.

The place has a kitchen, also near restaurants and groceries. The host is very friendly and have helped us with our luggages. Both Interlaken Ost and West Hauptbahnhof were walking distance.
