While my overall experience was enjoyable, I encountered a significant issue with Booking.com that left me quite frustrated. I needed to change the number of travelers for my reservation from four to three, but unfortunately, the platform didn’t provide any assistance. When I finally managed to modify the booking, I was shocked to see that they attempted to charge me an additional $100! This experience highlighted a flaw in Booking.com's algorithm, which proved to be quite disappointing. As a result, I'm seriously considering exploring other platforms for my future bookings. It’s a shame, as the host provided a wonderful experience, but the complications with the booking process have made me hesitant to rely on this service in the future.
