Very nice family hotel. Lots of attractions for children, animals. Huge thanks and 10 stars to Gina Li, the sales manager, who was helpful in everything and helped us a lot during our entire stay at the hotel. We spent 16 nights there, during which she helped us with transfers, necessities for the little one, just with everything. Once again, a big thank you to Gina Li, who turned our stay into an unforgettable one.

My room was spacious and comfortable, stuff are very helpful and friendly. Good views from the balcony. The location is superb, easy access to many tourist attractions. I also enjoyed the varity of food for breakfast. Special thanks to Merry Liu and Aileen for upgrade my room and preparing a welcome fruit platter and biscuits.

The most greatest hotel in Sanya with Aquarium, Shopping malls Water Park, swimming pools and other facilities that amazing me and my family. Superb breakfast and many outstanding local taste restaurants within the hotel. We appreciate very much to the Manager, Ms Simran, who decorated our room with cake for free on my wife birthday that day. This hotel is the best selection among the other in Sanya. Will come again

this villa is absolutely gorgeous! it’s huge, spacious and super clean. comes with basic amenities that you would typically need - toiletries (toothbrush, toothpaste, shower gel, shampoo, hair dryer), air conditioner, water heater, stove, rice cooker, steamer, etc. have i mentioned there’s toilet in every room, on every floor, and all of them come with the toiletries mentioned above? 😍 there’s also a lift in the villa so staying on the upper floors ain’t a hassle at all, you don’t have to climb stairs if you don’t wish to 🤭 my family and i had a good time bonding together because there’s a living room where we could all have our meals and watch movies together, unlike hotel stays where we could only stay in our own rooms and can’t congregate ☹️ basement floor is a large entertainment room with a pool table, table tennis table, treadmill and mahjong table. it’s especially huge and spacious and very nicely decorated, guaranteed to let you have a good time with your family and friends 😍 apartment was also conveniently located, with food options just within a 5-10 mins walk. the host also recommended us to try out seafood located at this stretch of road called 凤塘路 (Feng Tang Road), which is just a 15 min drive from the apartment. the entire stretch had a lot of seafood options and the restaurant we went to - 小鲜味私厨·海鲜老字号(海棠店) - was particularly yummy! 😊 the hosts were also very responsive and helpful. daily cleanup service is provided and they would even replenish supplies such as toilet paper and new towels for you upon request. i asked the host a lot of questions and they never failed to reply within the minute, which i am very grateful for. they were also very accommodating and understanding and would strive to make your stay as pleasant as possible. all in all, we had a relaxing time at this place and we are very happy we chose this place to stay while we came to Sanya for holiday. would definitely come back here to stay next time! thank you so much ❤️

Misa, the host is very kind and helpful. All of our questions were answered immediately, despite the 7 hour time difference, and you could always count on her on the spot.

We are very pleased with our stay at this hotel. The price/quality is 10/10. We were pleased with the good cleaning of the room. We would like to thank the attentive receptionist Risan for helping us order a taxi. The hotel also has a Russian-speaking guide Misha, who helps organize excursions, transfers, treatment, etc.

Great location for accessing the duty free shop and visit Atlantis. Super beautiful and secluded private beach. The service was very good. We could get a crib and a step chair for our toddler. The kids center is also very nice. lots of activities.

We really liked our weekend at Pullman, the staff is really friendly, helped us a lot. There are several swimming pools, one of them is heated, 31-32 degrees, really nice. It was my birthday during our stay and hotel staff decorated our room and game me little presents, it was so sweet of them. Especially thanks to Eva, who took care of us during our stay there and Mickey for decorating the room. Definitely would spend another vacation here!
