I LOVED Viajero Guatapé! The facilities are new and the view from the pool is spectacular. The attention from the entire team is excellent; from the reception, always willing to help, to the cleaning staff, who always greet you and keep everything spotless. The food and drinks are delicious, and the staff are always ready to give you recommendations. My favorite part: the heated jacuzzi, I didn’t want to leave! Many thanks to the entire team.

Each meal was a delight, with a menu that showcased delicious, locally-inspired dishes. The breakfast spread was particularly impressive, offering a variety of options that catered to every palate. I found myself looking forward to each meal! What truly sets Hotel Porto Marina apart is its exceptional staff. Every team member was polite, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. They went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and enjoyable, making me feel right at home. The room was really pretty with a gorgeous view and a bonfire at night. The staff has been amazingly helpful, cheerful and really professional! The ride to the hotel is a bit of an adventure, so make sure to pack light and as little as possible;)

We had a great stay. The service was excellent, and the breakfast offered a wonderful variety that I really enjoyed. My room was comfortable, and the views were stunning. The pool and hot tub area were beautiful, and the poolside service made it even better. Highly recommend!
