    We stayed here as we had a 3am flight in. We wanted to relax before heading to Santa Maria. It was excellent. Quiet. Long walks along the coast. Hidden beach bays. Plus a short walk to the boat restaurant which has excellent margaritas 🍹 The pool was gorgeous. We were out of season so not many people. Fantastic little beach side cafe next door. They were renovating the restaurant, so check before if this is important for you. The pool bar / food was open. You can rent an electric bike at reception.

    If you like peace and quiet, and want to enjoy sun, sea and beach without the hustle and bustle of Santa Maria than this is definitely the place to go to. Only a 10 minute drive from the airport, the small resort with temporary and permanent residents sits around a protected natural bay.

    An absolutely wonderful time at this property. The staff were some of the best ever. Extremely helpful, friendly and accommodating to all our requests. They went well over and beyond what is usually expected. The property was cleaned every day with fresh towels and linen when necessary. Not too far from the ocean. Lovely pools and restaurant facilities. It’s a really lovely place to totally relax and chill out. It comes highly recommended.

    This place felt safe and secluded even at night - only resort guests were around. Also, the terrace of the restaurant was right on a rocky coast and that means that you could have a sunny breakfast by the sea or a dinner with the sound of the ocean.

    Murdeira was an incredible surprise! We are in front of the beach where the turtles nest, and we have total view and access for that. Also, we have the entire view to one of the best mountain in Sal. The staff is amazing, super friendly and professional, from the manager Vera to everyone at housekeeping, front desk and the restaurant. Huge thanks to everyone, we will definitely come back

    The property is lovely clean and a proper home from home with everything you could need it over looks a quiet beach in a nice clean area a little out of the way of the boom boom of Santa Maria although that’s €1 on the local bus or €10 in a taxi There is a restaurant couple of bars and mini market on site although a little limited Everyone is very welcoming It is very worth taking a 20 minute quiet walk along 1 road taking in some of the beautiful sights up to Pirates bar and restaurant top class but easy going

    Peaceful location with lovely views. Chef did a great job at accommodating my food allergy. Friendly staff Comfortable sunbeds Complimentary shuttle to the beach was always punctual. Dinner singer was fantastic Shower temperature was excellent
