Warm welcome, very friendly, helpful receptionist. The room was large perfectly furnished, very clean, the beds were excellent, nicely-smelling hair&body shampoo. Their restaurant offers good meals.

Third and hopefully not last time. We love this place and especially mornings at the water. The best bike route from Purkarec to Hluboka and even further. Calm and charming place.

The best location you can ask for in Cesky Krumlov. Close to everything, surrounded by restaurants, shops, the old town, the castle and the river. The host was very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was very clean and beautiful. The surroundings were stunning (beautiful nature, quiet and surrounded by ponds). I would definitely recommend this accommodation to everyone.

The apartment was lovely, clean and spacious. Shared kitchen with free tea and coffee. As a solo traveller I was given one pillow and duvet but on request was provided with another pillow and duvet. The balconies are shared not allocated to individual apartments. Some of the reviews are misleading on this but it was not a problem for me. It is important to note that the walk up from the bus station/town is very steep so worth taking into account if you have mobility problems. Good bus station with connections to other places to visit. The town of Cesky Krumlov is beautiful and from the apartment there is a fabulous view. I would happily stay here again. Thank you 😀

Apartment was really nice, quiet, clean and modern. Location is also excellent, less than 10 minutes walk to the oldtown. Parking right in front of the house. Owner is really nice and friendly. Absolutely recommended. Looks better than the pictures showed:)
