Cozy apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Clean, tidy and well decorated. Ideal for a single person or couple looking for a quiet area near rivers and a big lake, away from the city chaos and still with easy access to trams within one minute walk. A supermarket across the road and many bike lanes, parking and a petrol station. Rented a bike and this was a nice location for outdoors escapes from within the city to a nearby lake and rivers.

I love the size of the room and the view from the room. The staff, Sebastian in particular, were so friendly and helpful. I hope to return very soon.

We had a friendly welcome upon arrival. Our bikes could be safely stored in the secure, locked parking garage, which was a big plus. The room and bathroom were both clean and spacious. The hotel is located in a vibrant, multicultural neighborhood with exotic restaurants nearby — perfect for food lovers. There was a bit of noise from the nearby park in the evening, but it quieted down after 10 PM, so it didn’t disturb our sleep. We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel as we had an early train to catch, but there’s a shared kitchen on the first floor where you can prepare something yourself. That was absolutely perfect for our needs. All in all, a great stay — we would definitely come back!

Great communication with the owners. The house was in great shape and met all my expectations. The area is really calm and green, yet still close enough to the center of Berlin. The travel time to Alexanderplatz, for example, was just over an hour. I sadly didn't have enough time to enjoy the nature around the house, but it is located right next to a big lake and in the middle of a forested area. I'll definitely look into coming back to explore the Schmöckwitzwerder area!

Lovely surroundings with plenty of understated charm. The stuff is superb and responsive. Perfect if you want to practice your German as its still not contaminated by the Berlin bilingual curse. Very tranquil and restful spot. Amazing sunsets.

This little hotel is brilliant.....my wife and I stayed here as we went to the Euro 2024 final....its easy to get to the centre via bus and train . There are places to eat nearby aswell as an ice cream parlour and a Supermarket. 800 metres away is a local football club SC Eintracht Miersdorf which are very welcoming and have a nice restaurant and takeaway at the ground. At Leutloff am see there is a lake you can swim on and is used by the locals as well a a few fisherman....Breakfast is very fresh and very enjoyable......I would recommend staying here for anyone needing a quiet hotel within minutes of the airport.....Staff and Owner are very welcoming and friendly.
