By far the best family hotel I’ve stayed at. Straight from arrival staff are so helpful and attentive. They genuinely care and go out of their way to make your stay special. The premium villa was enormous and immaculate, housekeeping do a fantastic job and again are very helpful with any requests. We received “care” packages every day with fresh fruit, soft drinks and water which was greatly appreciated by my family. We were there a week and still didn’t manage to eat at every restaurant as there is so much choice. We have 3 children with varied tastes and they all found something they enjoyed in every restaurant. The general standard of food and drink across all meal times was fantastic along with the friendly atmosphere from the restaurant staff. The water park and other facilities are such fun and well laid out. There is so much to pick from to keep you and the kids entertained, we had such a blast and again the life guards were so friendly and took the time to learn my children’s names and fuss over them which they loved. If you have kids or still a bit of a kid yourself you will love it here for the water park itself. The customer relations team were attentive without being intrusive and would touch base most days to see if they could do anything to help us. Due to flight times we requested a late check out but was informed by Sameh at reception that this was already taken care of which was so greatly appreciated. The lifeguard at our pool Ahmed also really helped us out during our stay and looked after us really well. He bonded with our children and they were sad to say goodbye at the end of our stay. Really can’t fault the hotel or the staff, we will definitely be back.

Amazing staff, management, reception, chefs and waiters also the guys that drive the buggys, all friendly and good people. Very helpful. Great location best place in makadi bay, spa massages was the best. We will come again. If you stay in hurgada you must stay here. 10/10

The moment you enter the hotel, everyone at the reception makes you feel pampered. We did first the 8 days tour in all Egypt, and we were beyond exhausted. We were ready to rest and celebrate our 5th wedding anniversary. The buffets at all times are amazing. The beach, although it isn't huge, it has beautiful water. Their housekeeping,waiters, bartenders, and Gardeners are doing a great job every single day! Big thanks for the amazing experience and people met on this trip. Amani, and the Guest relation supervisor were extremely attentive. Sous chef Mostafa Ahmed.He was always super attentive to customer satisfaction. He made our stay very special. Peaceful, perfect place for relaxing vacation. Excellent food, extraordinary sweets, kind and professional staff, beautiful room with the entrance to the pool, nice beach facilities. The biggest thank to Nour (the waiter) for his kindness, professionalism and big smile all the time. He really took care of us in the restaurant! Ahmed the cleaning man - wow perfection! Dedicated, pedantic! He was disinfecting the room, tidying up, arranging things and making animals out of towels. Many thanks to receptionist Nader and to Alaa for making our stay comfortable and very nice including very good wifi in all areas of the resort. We are recommending this wonderful resort and already shared impressions with our friends! Thank you Grand Palace staff!!!

Everything was great. The accommodation is clean, new. The room is cleaned every three days. In the room you have everything you need, an iron for clothes. Within the hotel, you get free entry to two beaches that are a minute away from the accommodation. I will definitely come back if I come to Hurghada again. The employees are pleasant.
