very clean place, new and unique the beach is clean and near all the room , 3 very large and warm pools the staff is the one thing that i like the most all off them make you feel like home I highly highly recommend this resort for everyone i booked the Royal suite and it worth every penny thanks mr. Ahmed essa the reception manger and mohammed -Obama - ( the asian restaurant manger) for your kind welcoming the food was magnificent and very delicious in all the restaurant that we tried

I loved everything in the hotel. It’s very clean and has a good atmosphere everywhere. You can easily tell that the manager and staff is very serious about to make the guest at home and make sure everything is perfect! The food at the restaurants are good quality and there is a huge variety. I love that the hotel has two a la carte restaurants you can try. All the staff at the hotel is very helpful and polite. The beach is so beautiful with no rocks or stones and the water is not to shallow. The hotel has a good gym with new equipments The Wi-Fi connection at the hotel is very strong.

We were very positively surprised. Food was amazing, people very kind, rooms very cleaned up. Ibrahim, ismail and mohammed from house keeping were very friendly and professional. We stayed in room 2103 and they helped us out alot. Zahra always checked in on us! The waiters in the restaurants were also amazing and kind! Thank you for our amazing stay!

My 10 year old son had a blast at this hotel. - Service with a smile from all the staff. - Everywhere was spic and span. - The aqua park is very well maintained and the slide attendants maintain good safety while being very friendly . - The reef at the beach is amazing. - The buffet restaurant had a vast selection of mouthwatering dishes and relaxing ambience. - The largest room we had during our Egypt trip.

    The resort was extremely welcoming from the beginning to the end of our stay. The lobby was very clean and fancy, staff exceeded my expectations. The meals are outstanding with a variety of resturants to choose from. Our room had a amazing beach view and the private beach was amazing. The waterparks were also very amazing and the shows and entirtainment after dinner was great.

Additionally, the all-inclusive package provides a wide selection of dining options. The staff was amazing! They made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. They even offered us complimentary late checkout as we were departing in the evening.

    Great price, great location, 10 minutes walk to a fixed price super market (which is amazing after the gouging we experienced throughout Egypt). Pool is good. Right on the beach with sun beds and umbrellas. We had a second floor balcony room with ocean views, which is lovely. Biggest positive of the property is the owner and staff, who seemed genuinely nice, without a constant pressure to tip. The owner was very accommodating to our requests, which we certainly appreciated.
