1. Very helpful staffs, especially TAHA. He sent everything and helpful guides through what's app a day before arrival. He arranged everything perfectly, me and my friends no need to worry about ! The hotel should be great honor to have Taha who is hardworking gland good staff. Of course ,all staffs in this hotel are all doing actual work which I can see !! 2. Very nice room and views ! Our stay at this hotel was absolutely perfect! We were warmly welcomed by the reception staff and by Mr. Hanna, who kindly gave us a tour to make everything smoother. The hotel itself is stunning and offers everything for a relaxing holiday, from great buffet food to several restaurants. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the staff. Mustapha at Leo’s Bar, Alae at Vanilla, and Alex & Ibrahim at the American Bar all went above and beyond with their outstanding service. We were very positively surprised. Food was amazing, people very kind, rooms very cleaned up. Ibrahim, ismail and mohammed from house keeping were very friendly and professional. We stayed in room 2103 and they helped us out alot. Zahra always checked in on us! The waiters in the restaurants were also amazing and kind! Thank you for our amazing stay!
