Pros: - It's next to the Nile! - The rooms that were right smack to the Nile come with cozy, sunny balcony. You could see felucca passed by, which was magical - Their staff, always helpful and friendly. We had a 20kg luggage each and they helped us willingly :)

The accommodation was perfect, clean and cozy. The manager of the hotel was very nice and accommodating, he always helped us and went out of his way to accommodate us. The hotel staff is always smiling and very helpful. We have nothing to complain about the food served in the hotel, I think the chef prepared it with great love. Amazing location on Elefantine island, amazing and kind family that made us feel at home. They even arranged us a boat in the very early morning because we had an early tour to Abu Simbel. Super recommended!

Mohammed is a wonderful host--he checked with us throughout our travels to make sure we were able to find the way and he also helped us set a good price for the taxi from the airport to the ferry. His guest house is beautifully made, with vibrant colors and a welcoming arrangement. We had everything we needed. Mohammed also welcomed us with tea on the roof and joined us to talk more about the area before suggesting where we could go for a late night snack and beer. We wish we had planned to stay longer.

Great location next to the Nile and 5 minutes on foot from the ferry. Also very nice rooftop to chill by the river. The room was clean, quiet and comfortable. Ahmed is a great host, we were able to take our breakfast in a bag when we had to leave at 4am. He can also organize a trip to Abu Simbel at a reasonable price.
