Excellent food - everything is made fresh from the ingerndients grown at the garden which you can actually go and pick your fresh prodduce from. I definitely had the best breakfast in Egypt over here, and I've been around Egypt. Everything down to the bread was made from the fresh produce. The location is gorgeous, a little island just before the beginning of the city before it gets busy with other buildings and structures - this makes you feel like you're actually somewhere remote and serene. The host, what an excellent mind and vibe, really makes you feel welcome and like home. The design of the rooms, the shared spaces, everything was well thought out and made with purpose.

Pros: - It's next to the Nile! - The rooms that were right smack to the Nile come with cozy, sunny balcony. You could see felucca passed by, which was magical - Their staff, always helpful and friendly. We had a 20kg luggage each and they helped us willingly :)

The accommodation was perfect, clean and cozy. The manager of the hotel was very nice and accommodating, he always helped us and went out of his way to accommodate us. The hotel staff is always smiling and very helpful. We have nothing to complain about the food served in the hotel, I think the chef prepared it with great love. The owner really cared, follow up our arrival and also arranged for us a taxi to fetch us from the dinner that he suggested and provide boat to the homestay and also help to pay cash for the my dinner because I'm cashless. Next day I settle everything with cash after check out. The breakfast was good.

Mohammed is a wonderful host--he checked with us throughout our travels to make sure we were able to find the way and he also helped us set a good price for the taxi from the airport to the ferry. His guest house is beautifully made, with vibrant colors and a welcoming arrangement. We had everything we needed. Mohammed also welcomed us with tea on the roof and joined us to talk more about the area before suggesting where we could go for a late night snack and beer. We wish we had planned to stay longer.

Ahmed help us with everything! The island is very safe and Abazido is a good place to be, cause it’s locares in a very calm area comparing with the other part of the island and with the Aswan!! We love so much our stay!
