The first good impression is by Mr. Mohmoud, the lobby manager and staff, all the staff are positive and try to help. There is no fly, mosquitoes etc. in room, very clean. The whole lay out of the resort is good.

I just want to join to the others, it is the best hotel in Marsa Alam, where the guests are the king. So friendly staff, unbelievable, we will miss all!! The rooms are so modern, the food is always different, animation and sport program! Thank you Natalia!!! The coral reef is amazing, we saw turtles, see cow dugong, dolphins, mantarays, calmars etc… We just want to come back and see how it looks like after grand opening and meet again the people we have in our hurts now. Room and bathroom were huge and clean. Pools were beautiful and the floor anywhere around always maintained white and dry. Private beach which was perfect for snorkeling: on the right side there were amazing corals and all kinds of fish ( lion fish, stingray,puffer fish and fishes that r shiny and colorful like rainbows.) On the left side, you can find sea turtles and dugong, they come every morning. Food was fantastic, they have different bread and pastries for breakfast, lunch and dinner. customized omletts and fresh pancake for breakfast. Freshly cooked pasta, kebab and sliced beef for dinner, and a lot of other dishes.

I had a wonderful stay, my room was clean and comfortable. There’s very pleasant roof top terrace for breakfast and also to relax during the day. The host(s) looked after me and gave a lot of information and helped me with my onward journey to Aswan. I visited beautiful beach called Tondoda, about 12 km by car from the guest house.

This property it’s one of the best place I have ever stayed at. I have no words for describing the attention to details and the perfect concept of this location. our stay at the lodge was exceptional in any sense. the room are large with a minimalist interior and a wonderful balcony overlooking the Red Sea. the infinity pool it’s wonderful . the restaurant and the service is more then exceptional… greeting you every day like it was the first time you were there and we felt so welcomed. everyday you can watch the sunrise right in front of the property and the Red Sea it’s so full of life and beauty. we did some escursions booked via the hotel and it couldn’t be better . every corner of this lodge it’s so nice and the people that work there make everything even nicer for your stay. Ahmed at the reception went above and beyond to make our stay even more pleasant. keep it up with your beautiful concept of peace and connect with nature cause you are winning . we only wish we could stay longer but we will definitely come back next time we chooce to stay in Marsa alam . thank you so much.

The hotel is very comfortable and it looks modern and new. Highlight for the food, with a lot of variety and quality. The beverages are also good, we really liked the Sky Bar and the cocktails served there were above average. The a la carte restaurant was very good, the staff was very attentive and we had a lot of food. The beach is good even though we would prefer a little more privacy. The wifi worked well and good speed.
