The most excellent and welcomed hotel in sharm al sheiek , actually the stuff was sooo helpful ( specially mustafa on tbe reception ) , the room service was awesome, once you order anything you’ll get at the same time , they took any comment and feedback back in a positive way and they always try hard to make you happy and satisfied, reception manager ( Mohamad ) was so decent and he was so close to make sure that our stay as we want
