I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hospitality was excellent, the staff were always friendly and helpful. The sea view from my room was stunning and made the experience even more relaxing. The service was top-notch, always attentive and professional. The food was delicious . Everything was very clean and well maintained. A super apartment, very comfortable bed, pillows and quality linen made our stay perfect for a good sleep. A short walk to the jetty along the shore beside the golf course. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing food. Everything was perfect. We really appreciated the late check out before our flight. Mahmoud was very helpful and always easy to communicate with, arranging a taxi and providing local information.

Good size room and and comfortable beds. Special thanks to Mahmoud bellman, Mostapha at Rocky bar, Abd Eldaym housekeeping, Osama and Ahmed lifeguard at the snorkelling spot and Ahmed lifeguard at the swimming pool near our room were extremely professional 10/10 in customer service. Aqua park at sister hotel is a bonus especially if traveling with kids and the lifeguard team maintain a professional and friendly attitude while providing excellent customer service and ensuring a safe environment. Favourite place was the snorkelling spot.
