We were 2nd time here, and loved it again. In case you expect a sterile impersonal apartment, this is not your place. The owners keep there many personal things, but it is not disturbing, it makes a feel like at home. The location is superb. The view from the terrace is unbeatable. It is great to wait there the sunset with a glass of wine. Agaete is a windy place, but the terrace is in the wind shadow. Very quiet location, so the the neighbours are, we appreciated it! The kitchen is well equipped. Internet is fast. The bed in the sleeping room is comfortable. We shall return for sure!

The apartment is situated on the top of a hill with overlooking Puerto de Nieves. You can watch amazing sunsets and listen the ocean waves. It has pretty much everything you need. Even the furniture is a bit out dated and some things are broken or not working, but we appreciated the comfortable terrace, private parking and short walk to the natural pools.

I cannot describe with words how wonderful this town is, a true hidden gem of Gran Canaria. The house Las Velas is in a perfect position in the town, and the view from the windows is just something astonishing. It went far beyond my expectations and be sure that when I will return in this island, I will stay some days there again. The owners are simply amazing too and helped me in a moment of need. A great place to stay if you want to visit this side of the island and have a car to get around with. The terass was amazing, the feeling to just stand there and look at the views. Also great kitchen.
