The location is gorgeous and the architecture of the aparthotel is beautiful, and different from all the other hotels we could see in Palmanova. Ponent Mar looks like a jewel on a rock. The breakfast was AWESOME - lots of choice (if I think only about the eggs choice: cold boiled egg; hot boiled egg; spanish omelette; french omelette; on-demand omelette with your ingredients of choice; scrambled eggs; fried eggs). I can highly recommend this breakfast - really, really good value for money. The studio we had was well equipped, the kitchenette was useful during some evening when we decided to eat in our room. Also, it was handy to have the kettle to brew our own teas. We had a pool view, and after the pool we could see the sea, including the sunrise - wonderful. The hotel has a mini-market in the basement for the essentials, and there's a huge Mercadona supermarket 3 minutes by car (or 10 on foot) where you can buy whatever food you want. Plenty of choice and good prices. At floor nine you have an incredible 360 degrees view over Palmanova bay and the sea. And at each floor there are public areas with sunbeds where you can chill during the day, with a great view. Also, the fact that the hotel was organizing various activities during the day and the evening gave a feeling of liveliness. We didn't stay at the concerts, but it was nice to hear them when coming back in the evening or walking around the complex. Everyone in the hotel was very nice and helpful, and polite - at the reception, the room service, the breakfast and bar staff. Also, I recommend talking a massage. Frank the masseur was a very nice person. And the Spa facilities were quite nice as well - sauna, hammam, water massage, heated chairs etc (all included).

Rooms, staff, facilities (spa and gym), breakfast and dinner were excellent. I also booked two massages and both were very good.

The location is very excellent, the hotel is very clean and tidy, and the staff are respectful and helpful. The last day was exceptional. We left our bags and walked around until the evening without paying an additional amount.

The staff made the property special, always smiling, nothing was too much for them. We also liked the location, very secluded but only a short walk from where, if you wanted, a trendy marina with lots of restaurants and bars.

The hotel is lovely, has nice facilities and beautifully done. It sits on a bluff above a lovely cove with gorgeous views. The food is delicious.

I had an awesome experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly nice and attentive, making me feel warmly welcomed. The hotel itself was extraordinary - the decor was vibrant, colorful, and so much fun! Every corner seemed thoughtfully designed, creating a lively and enjoyable atmosphere. I requested a room with a view of the sea, and though I couldn't see the sea directly, the view was still pleasant and added to the overall charm of the place. It felt like an oasis in the middle of the bustling city, providing a tranquil escape from the outside world. Now, let's talk about the food! My husband and I tried eating at some restaurants outside the hotel, but unfortunately, the food turned out to be overly salty and disappointing. From that point, our decision to have dinner at the hotel's restaurant the rest of our days was an absolute game-changer! The food was simply incredible, and we couldn't stop praising the chef's skills. The dishes were full of flavor and prepared to perfection - a real gastronomic delight! Beyond the culinary experience, the hotel's dining area was incredibly cozy, and the staff's warmth and friendliness made us feel like we were among friends. The combination of the delicious food and the pleasant ambiance truly made our evenings memorable. Also, on our last day, we had an early morning flight, and the staff kindly prepared sandwiches, fruit, and coffee for us to take away at 6 am. We were thrilled to find a sweet, handwritten note at the reception, making us feel truly cared for. I am already looking forward to returning to this amazing hotel. The overall experience was top-notch, and I can't wait to enjoy the colorful and fun atmosphere, the great views, and of course, the outstanding staff and amazing food again. This place has won my heart, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone seeking a fantastic stay in the city!

Perfect. Everything was perfect. Staff was polite and smiley. Food was excellent, we didn't know what to choose. We felt perfect. We reccommend this hotel. We ´ll want come back.
