It was a Nice appartement in a Nice little harbour. Close to the beach. And close to Valencia city. The host was very Nice and helpfull. And easy to reach! She was very friendly. 3 bedrooms, enough space. And 2 bathrooms. A large supermarket walking distance from the appartment, 2 minutes walk.

Everything. I recently stayed at this apartment and had a fantastic experience. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It is a quiet area. To get to Valencia, you have a direct bus, or you can take a taxi, it’s quite cheap.

Set in Valencia, less than 1 km from Platja El Puig and 16 km from Jardines de Monforte, Bungalow on the beach 15 minutes from Valencia offers a private beach area and air conditioning.

Good location, but serious issues made our stay disappointing We stayed here for two weeks as a family with young children. The location is genuinely lovely — literally on the beach, and the sea views from the terrace are beautiful. Unfortunately, that’s where the positives end. There were several serious issues that made our stay stressful and disappointing: • Misleading information: The listing advertised a swimming pool ( actually two swimming pools ) open from 31 May — a key reason why we chose this property. In reality, it was only open on Saturday and Sunday and was closed otherwise . If we had known the pool WOULD NOT be available, we would not have booked this accommodation. • Poor maintenance: The property is in need of urgent repairs. Doors, fittings, and various parts of the house felt worn down or broken. It’s clear the place hasn’t been properly maintained for a while. • Hygiene concerns: There was a cockroach problem during our stay, which is simply unacceptable for any holiday rentals, particularly with young kids. It felt like no proper pest control measures were in place. • Lack of responsibility from host and extremely unpleasant to deal with. We flagged the issues, but the host showed no real accountability and was very dismissive.

This 5-star resort has a superb seafront location with direct access to Valencia's Las Arenas Beach.

Great hotel, very well organised and very welcoming, people were extremely friendly, nice breakfast with a big amount of choices, cool SPA, I also liked that we could stay after check out and we got access to the clean changing rooms which are being exclusively booked for the agreed time slot.

The welcome from the host Feli was very warm and friendly. The property was immaculately presented - probably the cleanest place ever, as good if not better than the best hotels. The accommodation is very secure in a nice neighbourhood. There is a wonderful bar across the road, a supermarket and an amazing bakery. The property is conveniently close to the airport, and there is a metro nearby. There is plenty of free parking outside. There is a fully equipped kitchen available which the guests can use. It is worth noting the room is in an apartment but our room had a dedicated bathroom - this is not a problem it is only the same as a B&B just it has only two rooms for guests. To be fair for the time we were there we had the whole place to ourselves. For the price this is exceptionally good value accommodation.
