Andrea messaged a couple of days in advance to arrange meeting when we arrived in Luarca. When we arrived she was available soon to meet me and hand over the keys. She was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was very nice and clean and well appointed, I would happily have stayed here for a while. We were travelling by bicycle and could store our bikes indoors. Luarca is a lovely town with nice restaurants and cafes, and all is easily accessible from the apartment location.

Perfect little apartment in the centre of Luarca at sea level! Right amongst cafes and restaurants. Apartment had everything I needed and great heating! Host provided milk, tea and an espresso machine for coffee which is a rarity in Spain but very much appreciated!

Everything in this place is absolutely fantastic. We had a friendly warm welcome from the owner, who also did everything possible to help during our stay. The apartment is modern and well designed, exceptionally clean, with everything in in you could want. The kitchen is fully equipped; it was so good to be able to make coffee and hot meals when we wanted. It has a lounge area plus balcony to watch the laneway activities. The bed was very comfortable and there is a large wardrobe. The bathroom is fully tiled and roomy. All contained in a very old building one street back from the water, and at a very good price.

Fantastic view. Good internet. Everything worked and it had a very good piano! A first in many years. And a nearby Mirador cafe which was very good.
