The location was great,a 2 minute walk to the beach. The apartment was newly remodeled so it was super clean, spacious and well equipped with a tea kettle, microwave, refrigerator, and washing machine. We chose to stay here instead of in the center of Alicante due to the proximity of the airport and an early flight.

It was a very wonderful time of our vacation. We were met by wonderful people, Ruben's parents. Thank you very much for the fruits and water. The apartment is very clean and cozy, it had everything you need (cutlery, dishes, bed linen, refrigerator, towels, washing machine and most importantly air conditioning). I highly recommend these apartments. Thank you very much Ruben.

This is a little gem of an apartment. has everything required for pleasant stay. We went beginning of Nov and weather was perfect for us. Apt is spacious with most kit brand new. Lovely and quiet with plenty of birds singing The owner and his wife are very nice and live beside the property. able to easily contact via whatsapp & google translate to communicate. Located beside the promenade & beaches. Small mobile bar / cafe on the site. About 15min walk into town. The town is great with beautiful harbour and nice walking areas. Town was very relaxed and felt very safe. , Found prices fairly reasonable, with plenty of good food / wine available. Would def stay again

Great location great supermarket across the road and 200 steps to the beach. The apartment was very modern and great outdoor space with everything needed for the holiday. Our host Petru who met us with the keys was such a great help and always available for any questions

    Perfect location, right on the marina and between the two beaches. Apartment felt very secure. The view of the beach was amazing from the balcony and was great to have a dishwasher and washing machine and big kitchen.

    We had a wonderful stay. From the beginning all communication was smooth. The house was beautiful and really welll thought out. We loved sitting out on the rooftop patio in the evening. And a perfect location right by the beach.

    The location is a bit isolated, but with a car/ bicycle you be fine. A step away from the sea, quit area, if there is no renovation/ building work is going on nearby. Renting a bicycle I found hard and I would loved to cycle for a day the lovely stretches along the seasides.i liked the hostess Pepi and Raphael, very helpful in every way!

    The location was good as we were did not want to be right on the beach. The apartment was just as in the photo's and everything there that you could want. If you are looking for the sun on the balcony in the afternoon, it isn't for you as it was only there in the morning.
