The apartment is spacious and well furnished with modern finishes. I gives a home feeling as opposed to a normal rental. It was cleaned very well. Not really much noise from the restaurants for us on Friday amd Saturday evenings. Bit of noise and smoke from the next door apartment, but that was just our luck. Nice balcony with coated glass door that protect from the sun. Sky live tv chanels. Free parking in the harbour. Nice to see the Lord of the rings trilogy 1993 paperback edition :D

The view of the sea was amazing and the location was perfect, a few minutes walk to the old town harbour but there are also several bars and restaurants on the same street. The apartment was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The host was great and responded quickly to any questions we asked, we would definitely stay here again.

Everything. Really very top best place. Super clean. Has everything needed and even has Jacuzzi on the top of the roof. The receptionist was very very friendly and amiable. Location is great.

Spotless Hotel. The staff are lovely and always have a smile and say hello. Natalia and joel- amazing with the guests. We were half board, and the quality of food was excellent. Always a lovely choice for breakfast and dinner. I can't fault the food or drinks. The welcome, checkin, location, room, amenities , facilities, staff, food, pool, entertainment. All excellent. I wanted a five star hotel for a peaceful holiday. Lava beach delivered. Bravo to you guys. I will see you next year.

    Great location although not one of the beachfront blocks there is a good view of the ocean. The apartment itself was absolutely lovely very well equipped with everything you could need. At the quieter end of town so very peaceful.

    Perfect location. Right by the beach and on top of the strip, but also incredibly quiet by the pool. The best of both worlds. The host is really friendly and responsive and gave tips on where to go.

    Absolutely loved our stay here at the costa luz. My mam and I had the best holiday we ever had thanks to the superb location right on the beach and the pool was beautiful walk in steps at the pool was so helpful for my mam. The views from our appartment was stunning. I only hope we can stay here again.. fabulous 👌
