Lovely property a drive away from Ranua Zoo. This place is in the countryside, on a farm with dairy cows, and hosted by a really friendly family. The property is comfortable and spacious with all of the basics you will need (do go to the supermarket/shops before arriving as otherwise you have a long drive there and back). We slept very well, with no noise or disturbances (we were a family of 4, with 2 small kids). The sauna, overlooking the lake, is *really* something. Bring your swimclothes. Everything. It is the most equipped villa that I’ve seen so far. The kitchen has everything you could need. It is perfect for a group of 8 people. The owner is very nice and he helps a lot with anything you need. You can see the northern lights from the living above the lake. It’ amazing.

Absolutely amazing! This was the Lapland cabin that dreams are made of, with everything you need while still being in the middle of nature. The kitchen was well equipped, there was a sauna and hot tub that worked perfectly, and it was all around incredibly nice and comfortable to relax here. The surrounding nature is beautiful, and asides from the occasional car driving by in the distance (which didn’t bother us at all), it is a very quiet area. Sanna is a great host who was kind enough to keep us updated about the Northern Lights around the property, so we wouldn’t miss out on seeing them. We would love to return!
