host communicated often and was exceptionally responsive, and was on-site at the time that we arranged. This building was built in the late 1600's I think but has been renovated to a very high standard. While we didn't get to use the kitchen appliances (refrigerator, stove, coffee maker (and washer/dryer), they all appeared high end and new. The location is perfect, and within all of the restaurants/bars in the historic area. The market (les halles) is 30 second walk, and is very active in the morning and afternoon. In the evening, the covered market becomes covered restaurant seating. This place is wonderful.

Great location right on the beach and a great view of the ocean! Serge was wonderful and very helpful. Walking distance to train and all sorts of beach restaurants. The unit supplies two beach chairs which was perfect for the beach and the amazing deck had a table and chairs to enjoy meals on the deck.

The owner is super kind and greeted me even though my arrival time was very late. He handed over the keys with detailed explanation. Unexpected small gifts were a big surprise! Also, the place is near the train station.
