Fabulous location. 2 min to bus. The walk to the Port , is about 7-8 min. , The host was wonderful. The place was clean, and the balcony get afternoon sun. Great little studio. The neighbors were very friendly and helpful, couldn't find the garbage bins. 😀

Annie was absolutely lovely – so kind and welcoming. The location of the property is excellent, just a short walk from the beach. Annie kindly let us use her towels and sun umbrella, which was really thoughtful. The accommodation itself was very well equipped, super clean, and had everything we needed. Alexandre was so nice, he gave us directions when we left the airport to the apartment, and he was always there to answer to any questions that we had related to the city. The apartment was extremely clean, he provided everything we needed and even to go to the beach. The location is awesome, close to vieux Nice, to the beach, to the tram and to a lot of restaurants.

The owner is kind, helpful and punctual. The apartment is cosy and clean with a balcony including nice see view. There is everything what you need and the location is perfect for daily trips to discover Côte d'Azur. Parking is quite easy on the street in front of the apt or at the nearest parking garage. You can go easily to the old town by public transportation. Next to the apt there is a Carrefour, bakery and coffee bar. We would stay here again gladly, recommend to book!
