This hotel is ideally situated in the old town of Menton, everything can be done on foot! We were welcomed by a very friendly and efficient receptionist. I had reserved a space in the garage for my pickup truck, I was worried it would be too large, but she gave me a spot that was large enough and everything worked out just fine. It's a real plus being able to park your (large) car in a secure spot. The room was a good size, with a large bathroom and balcony. We went to the beach during the day and could hang our towels to dry on the balcony. Everything was spotless. Very good bed. Buffet breakfast with a large choice of things to eat.

Wonderful and peaceful hotel. Very helpful and generous staff. The hotel is close to Fossan beach, about 5-6 min walk, and about 6-7 min from there to Plage des Sablettes, both very nice in my opninion. In my room I had a balcony facing the courtyard, and I discovered with pleasure on my first morning that I had the morning sun there - great for enjoying the first coffee of your day. Nice room with the possibility of making a cup of tea or coffee, and bottled water was offered at the reception to take to your room.

Great, kind and helpful staff with personalised recommendations of the area , clean and comfortable room . They assisted receiving our excess gear when we were hiking and kept it for us when we had finished the GR52 and 5. The cleaners did a Cambria job in freshening up the room each day

Amazing location next to the train station, supermarkets and close to the beach made exploring Cote D’azure very easy from here. The parking spot was great. The host was also super friendly and gave us great tips! We loved how they left two coffee capsules.

The apartment is lovely, well furnished and very clean. In terms of home and kitchen appliances it offers everything that you need during a vacation, whether short or long. I really appreciated the presence of a washing machine (although I didn't have time to use it) and the iron. The locations is perfect, only a few minutes walk from the city center and Les Sablettes beach. If you are travelling by train, I recommend getting off in Menton Garavan. The host also provided clear instructions on how to enter the building, apartment and garage.

The location is great. It's not far from the train station and if you drive there has parking but you need to tell the host first because only 2-3 parking. Quite and clean place, the host dealers the problem immediately. We'll return for next holidays.

This Hotel is the best in Menton. You are right on the beach and the hotel provides free use of umbrellas and beach chairs. And from the other door you step right onto the pedestrian shopping street. The rooms are very clean, large and comfortable.

Could not have asked for a better place to stay, so clean, modern facilities and comfortable felt like a home away from home. Location was superb right on the beach and within walking distance to the old town of menton and the train station for connections to Nice, Ventimiglia, Menton and Monaco-Monte Carlo- perfect if travelling for F1 weekend. Communication with Gina and Maria was also superb with regards to collecting / disposing of keys to the location.

Nice apartment, perfect location. Friendly owner. Super clean and everything available. Near to beautiful restaurants, cafes and shopping, and a few minutes to the nice beach / seafront.

Everything!!! From the very late check-in, the 2 gentlemen at reception that night were awesome! The 6th floor room view was exceptional. The shutters kept the noise and lights out. The bed and pillows were comfy. The bathroom was spacious and hot water was hot! Safety deposit box and shelves plus hanging space and extra pillows if you needed them. Right on the beach! Close to restaurants, shops and a little walk to Menton train station. Loved our stay😍
