I’d 100% want to stay their again. I really enjoyed it. the woman was really nice. i spoke to her when we first got that, and also, we had a lot of conversations with her aswell she was lovely. she said she doesn’t mind what we do she said that even if we wanna make food at 1 am, feel free. the bed was comfy the house was clean she said if the cats did their buisness just let her know and she’ll clean it immediately. the games were good. I loved the Pac-Man machine 😭

It was a great property. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was very useful. Although the weather was terrible, inside the house we were wearing t-shirts all the time. Tram station is just 3 minutes walk away.

Excellently run family hotel in a fab location nothing was too much trouble ..Great breakfast . Stayed NY Eve and allowed us a later breakfast and check out on NY day ..All done with a big smile . Highly recommended.

Location is perfect, just a few minutes walk to the Pleasure Beach and to the pier. The house was absolutely perfect for our group as I was visiting with my daughter and some friends. The hot tub, karaoke and cinema room all kept them entertained. It was also spotless and beautifully presented, comfortable beds and well equipped.

Very nice, clean and big one bedroom flat in a lovely location. They have a massive car park on site. We love the restaurant and coffees around the corner in Red Bank Road. If you want to go to the town center the tram stop is just in front of the building. The beach is also right in front of the building and at low tide you can walk to a rock where you can pick fresh mussels and cook them and eat them. You can walk very far into the sea. Love this place and will definitely come back here.

    It’s right on the beachfront with beautiful sunset views. The tram is right outside the hotel so easy to get in and out of Blackpool. Did a fairly good breakfast which was good value for money. Every staff member I interacted with was very pleasant and helpful.

    We have spent some days on May holiday. Very good destination to all sightseeing. The room was clean. We were not happy with breakfast, to aet every day English breakfast was not tasty. No fresh vegetables, cheese, not enough fruit (only apples, orange, but when you came later , they all have finished). All the town is very dirty, and only nice the seaside on the beach. Blackpool promenade beach is exiting, and you spend all the day there...
