It was really cozy and comfortable. It also has its own free parking, which helps a lot. The room was also very clean and the bed was comfortable.

The view and the history were my favorite. Both are amazing!

Facing the seafront in Kyleakin, Skye Backpackers features barbecue facilities. Among the various facilities are a garden and a shared lounge.

Everything was neat and tidy, especially the kitchen. The bed was not as comfy as the one I had last year at Pitlochry Backpackers - this is relevant because they are part of the same organization. Did appreciate having two pillows though as at Pit. The breakfast was a good value at 3.50 sterling

Truly had a dream visit in Isle of Skye thanks to Lusa Bothy! From booking to check-out, our host was so kind & hospitable. The bothy itself is a lovely, peaceful place that’s perfect for a retreat. It’s situated with a gorgeous coastal view where you’ll have Highland coos at your doorstep daily. You’ll have everything you need to be cozy and safe. We slept well & really enjoyed the fireplace and record player. The highlight of the trip was visiting the farm next-door and helping deliver a baby goat!! (Hi, Tater!) Of course, you can’t plan something like that. Let’s just say the energy around this place is magical. ✨
