Last minute booking & we were very happy with our choice. A large beautifully decorated apartment with a family cosy feel. Great kitchen & a comfortable main bed ( extra bed is fold out on floor). Right near water, street parking & easy to find.

Overlooking the famous Old Course in St Andrews centre, Rusacks St Andrews features valet parking is available and free WiFi throughout the property.

Location is superb. You can see tee off for 1st hole and green for 18th hole. Every staffs are so nice and very good service mind. Facilities and decoration in hotel are perfect.

Had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for sightseeing, and the hotel staff made us feel at home. Rooms were clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was remarkably comfortable. I highly recommend it.

The apartment is very clean. The location of the apartment is excellent, very close to the city center. The apartment consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The apartment contains all necessities, including tissues and toiletries. The owners of the property are so respectful and helpful that he even helped us carry the bags. There is an elevator and the building is clean. The apartment overlooks the Tay River from the hall and kitchen. There is a free car park attached to the apartment. The place is safe and there is no disturbance. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to spend a quiet time in Dundee.

Perfect location. Great hosts. Laura was so lovely and helpful. I need to carry medication that needs to be kept in a fridge. As there was no fridge in our room - Laura went and set up a mini fridge. The room had amazing water views. The whole stay was lovely. Thank you!!

Our room was extremely nice and comfortable. Pam is an excellent host. After our stay, we wished we had booked a longer stay, because we really enjoyed our time in St Andrews in general and at the No12 BnB in particular.
