The location was ideally situated next to all the major attractions that we wanted to see. We loved the views over the Tay Estuary, which were visible from the panoramic windows in the living room and kitchen.

I have only one small suggestion. I would recommend putting one or two comfortable chairs in the living room. There were 4 of us but only two comfortable seats on the couch. Otherwise our stay was excellent

Bed was so comfortable. Shower was great. Morning tea/coffee tray was quite stocked. Walked into town for breakfast. Awesome cafe.

The location allows easy walking to town and our room had a beautiful water view!Our room was very comfortable and cozy. The home cooked breakfast was delicious and most of all the host was kind, friendly and helpful. We had a fantastic time! Highly recommend!
