The living room area was really spacious, the sofa was very comfortable, the bed was also super comfy and it was really handy to have a dishwasher, good-sized fridge freezer and washing machine. The lino in the main living area meant it felt very fresh and clean and also meant it was easy to maintain during our stay.

Best experience I had while traveling around Scotland. Such a nice hotel in this cute little Scottish village. The room was spacious, with a full mini bar and everything you needed. Both shower and bathtub in the bathroom. I really enjoyed my stay here.

The place is in a beautiful town, one bus line gets to the city center. Bus stop just steps from the place, there is a grocery store just nearby, very convenient location. The room is very clean and unique. The view from every window is gorgeous. Ann is very warm and welcoming, giving us suggestions as it is our first time in Scotland.     When the description says Beachfront Seaview, and it really is that, why on earth do would one want to stay elsewhere in Portobello or even Edinburgh City? Easy cheap bus rides or car drive into Edinburgh, from your own parking space. Spacious, modern, well-equipped, quiet large flat, over the excellent Beachview restaurant and next to ''Espy's" (The Esplanade) restaurant amongst others. Perfect location for prom and beach walks with our two beach-loving poodles. Just don't tell everyone...
