We were extremely happy about our stay. Jayne the host is very lovely and caring. She made sure we had everything we needed and even took personalised breakfast orders. The room was fantastic - everything one could need could be found there and then you’d find the little extra thing you didn’t even know you needed but was a pleasant surprise (such as instant hot chocolate). Also, everything was very clean and modern. The breakfast was great, there was plenty to choose from. Parking is right in front of the house and the view outside is beautiful.

Lovely house, exceeded expectations from all that stayed. The house was spotless all the way through. The kitchen was nice and big when it came to both storing food and drink and for eating in. 10 guests stayed and we all got comfortably in the house. The living room was also very nice with plenty of space to fit us all in and chill. I believe we might have got lucky for parking considering the location but we managed to get 3 car parking spots directly out the front of the house.

The property was fantastic! Ample space, very cosy interior. It’s on the 1st floor but not very difficult for us to reach even with luggages. The property is quite strategically located as the town centre is nearby. Would love to stay here again if we are ever back in Clacton.

We stayed at Kingscliff hotel for a holiday with 7-month old twins. The family room was cosy, clean and spacious: we had a double bed, two single beds and two cots and we managed to place our rocking chairs and a playmat in between. We appreciated that we were given a room on the ground floor and there was no need for us to carry our babies up and down the stairs. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Each day we needed to warm baby milk and sterilise bottles in a microwave, and all our requests were accommodated promptly. The breakfast and evening meal in the restaurant was always delicious, with wide choice. In the restaurant, we were also provided with convenient high chairs for the babies.
