Room was nice and spacious. Big King size bed. Large beautiful bathroom with good hot shower. While we did not eat in the restaurant we did have a drink in the beautiful art deco style bar area. Lovely stay!!

The level of attention to details is amazing at this boutique hotel. Not only it is visible that the someone thought very carefully at so many things, but also the staff was extremely friendly. Such a nice place, with a great vibe. I was with my extended family and everybody was so helpful, in a relaxed manner.

The property is great! Has everything you need, comfy bed, great location, great shower and kitchen amenities. The hosts were super lovely, great communication and flexible with our late check in and clear instructions on how to collect keys.

This is a really exceptional house. The location is perfect - just minutes from the sea and town centre – and the interior is truly amazing, with lots of interesting touches that make it a unique place to stay. There was plenty of space for our big family group, with a very well-equipped kitchen with an abundance of mugs, plates and glasses, a large dining table, and a very comfortable and cosy lounge with plenty of seating. The woodburning stove made it very difficult to actually leave the house and head out to freezing cold Brighton! The bedrooms were extremely comfortable and we even managed to sit out on the pretty roof terrace and enjoy the views, well wrapped up against the cold. The hosts were just lovely - very communicative and extremely helpful, particularly when it came to sorting out extra beds. I couldn't recommend this house enough!
