Hospitality was great, though had to approach bar to find someone to check in, the hotel and bar was an older but very well loved place, rooms were small but comfortable and decent bathrooms for each. Clean, comfortable beds and pillows. Bar downstairs was well stocked for drinks and the small menu was very good. Food was quick and delicious and dessert was incredible. Breakfast was included and we had access to the full breakfast menu- food was again great and quick. Parking was behind the building, small area but locked overnight. Hotel was a short walk from the beach, a leisure centre and a park with playground. The staff were all fantastic, helpful and friendly, they had a very genuine Scottish charm.

    We arrived at the location and were greeted on site by the Owner who we found very warm and friendly. We were given a free upgrade to the larger of the three rooms. The room itself was very bright and spacious and the view of the seafront was gorgeous. The room looks down onto the Fife Coastal path and we took a lovely walk to Kinghorn and back which is approximately 5km, taking in some fantastic scenery along the way. We would definitely consider coming back for another visit in the future.

    The view was amazing, lovely area to sit out on with beachfront access and access to the Fife Coastal walk. Host's were friendly. Room was toasty and shower was hot.

    Lovely location, super comfortable, very clean and very modern. Hosts were very welcoming and had a great sense of humour. Beach access right out the door perfect for a nice walk whenever you fancy

    super clean and everything was or at least looked spanky new. Super comfy bed and great location right on the beach. USB chargers next to the bed and modern lighting. Lovely owners too who stay out your way and let you get on with it but always on hand if you need anything. Fast free wifi. No tv but that's a bonus as far as I am concerned and the wifi is fast enough to watch tv and movies on your phone if you feel the need. Fridge in the room too to keep your drinks cold. Even the fussiest guest won't regret staying here.

    Absolutely stunning. Right on the beach. The views must be the best in Kirkcaldy. Near plenty of places to visit such as kinghorn and anstruther . Room spotless and bed so comfortable. Owners very nice. Would definitely recommend. Can’t wait to return

    Beautiful modern room with gorgeous views. Private access to the beach which was very quiet. Seal spotting and watching the sunset right from our room. Was made to feel at home by the host. This is great value for money and we can't wait to return.
