I liked the Hotel itself obviously, but also very much the private carpark. In Llandudno that is a big added bonus. Breakfast was very nice and the staff was helpful and very friendly.

The location is excellent. The gentleman working the front desk was so very nice. Explained the parking options, areas of interest. The hotel was still under construction but it was not a bother at all. Will return again someday. Would love to see it when construction is complete

The location was beach front and very handy to local shops, restaurants, and the pier. The check-in was quick and efficient. Dinner reservations could be made at the hotel, and a complimentary cooked breakfast was welcomed in the morning. Our room was a modest and most comfortable size and surprisingly quiet as Room 201 was by the lift, and there was no notable noise.

The location was great, with the bonus of parking on site, but limited to first come. Beds comfortable, towels big and fluffy, and everywhere was clean, breakfast cooked to order. Staff good and helpful.

    Lovely B&B right on the beachfront. We stayed in room 7 which was at the back of the property. Lovely touches in the room. Tea and coffee making facilities. There was a fan which was much needed as it was really warm. The bed was one of the comfiest beds I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was nice cooked fresh. You order the night before which I think is so much better.

    The location of this hotel is right on the beach front. You can take your dog for nice walk on the paved seafront. Unfortunately, I think pricing of rooms are a little too high.
