Exceptional food, classy service, super comfy mattress and bedding, hidden getaway feel. My husband said that it might be the best cooked breakfast he has ever had (which is high praise indeed given we have been lucky enough to travel extensively to some very exclusive resorts and hotels around the world).

Very friendly host. The room was clean with a comfy bed. Breakfast was excellent and had good gluten free options. There was tea & coffee in the room and the bottled water was a lovely addition.

The location can't be beat -- right on the waterfront with the bus stop at the front door and restaurants in both directions. The view over the harbour was lovely. Darius, the hostel manager, was extremely helpful. Although the room was cold (everywhere was cold at that time), there was plenty of cosy bedding.

Belstane House in Cellardyke was an absolute delight! Our room was a tiny treasure trove, the most beautiful room we've seen in any hotel in Scotland. The view and decor were simply enchanting. Linda, the owner, was wonderful, warm and welcoming. Her hospitality made our stay even more special. Nice cozy B&B at a beautiful spot. Matt was a very helpful and friendly host. Great breakfast. Excellent place to use as a base for cycling the coast of Fife, like we did, or walking.
