The host, Elaine, was exceptional. Our room was at the back of the house and nice and quiet. Complimentary sips of whisky and chocolate helped us relax after a terrible travel day. Easy walking to city center and train station. Vegan breakfast was delicious.

The food downstairs was perfect for us and 2 young kids. Staff very helpful and kind when I asked about the egg fried rice and curry sauce! Was delicious! Would definitely stay again before our ferry. Left a daughter’s mobile and they contacted us promptly before we even realised. Perfect location for early morning ferry. Shower was amazing!!! Staff so friendly.

    Wonderful place to stay. The owners were very warm and welcoming and made a big effort to put out breakfast options when we had to leave very early in the morning. Rooms were clean and the location is fantastic. The early morning ferry is a 10 minute drive away and there is beach access and a playground within a five minute walk.

    Room was beautifully clean and fresh - even from the hallway it smelt fresh! Really easy check-in process, staff were super friendly towards our dog, and lovely well-lit park & seaside promenade walk across the road for a stroll after a long drive. Great location only 10-15mins drive from Cairnryan ferry ports, but surprisingly not too much freight truck noise overnight (as we've experienced near other ports).
