A beautiful setting, owners very welcoming, and knowledgeable about the area, rooms are well decorated, modern bright and comfortable. Lovely added touches, a selection of tea, coffee, hot chocolate, and small packets of biscuits. Toiletries are also available. Nothing to much trouble for the host. Breakfast was delicious and an excellent choice of cereal, fresh fruit and hot food all cooked to your order. We went for leisure and to attend a 60th birthday party, we will definitely return and highly recommend Alec, Sue and Lichfield house.

It’a very, very nice Hotel. I really liked enjoyed my stay. The room was beautiful, with a very nice bathroom. The owner Mandy makes the difference. She made me feel more than welcome and the breakfast was excellent. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.

The location was perfect. We arrived by train and it was a very short walk to the property. The host was always available, flexible and helped us with our luggage before check in and after check out. Within walking distance to the beach and several restaurants. I would definitely stay at U-DIN Homes again.

Great location!! Easy to find. Warm welcome from a super host (Dean). Breakfast was fabulous! wifi throughout and a decent enough signal too! Beds were comfortable with good clean linen. Sea view room had a good view too.

A very pleasant and cozy place right by the sea, with a truly relaxing atmosphere. The hostess was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made us feel right at home.     The host is lovely. They are also very concise of food waste, and the breakfasts are planned accordingly, without giving up on the quality they provide. The place is located right on the seaside and is ideally located for walks on the beach.

    A seafront hotel in a jolly seaside resort, nicely placed between the funfair and beach (to the left) and the quieter, more sedate and upscale harbour (to the right). I found the information provided about parking very frank: we bagged a spot before registering, but I can imagine that if you're less lucky than we were - a car pulling out just ahead of us - you may have to have a couple of goes, or else pay. Oh and the sea view from our room was a nice surprise - at other places we've just had a view of a wall or roofs!

    This was my first visit to Weymouth and I couldn’t believe my luck. A lovely b&b that couldn’t be in a more perfect location with a stunning view. Very close to all amenities and right on the beach. Sue and John were very welcoming and I had a comfortable stay. I had a light, bright room and comfortable bed and there are thoughtful little touches like tea & coffee making facilities and toiletries. I had an early start and so missed the sumptuous breakfast choices on offer.
